1. Services Provided

Star Pass Car Transport offers vehicle transportation services including:

  • Door-to-Door Auto Transport
  • Open Auto Transport
  • Enclosed Auto Transport
  • State-to-State Car Shipping

We act as a transportation broker, connecting customers with licensed and insured carriers to complete vehicle shipments.

2. Booking & Quotes

  • All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.
  • Prices may change if vehicle details, locations, or shipping conditions change.
  • A booking is only confirmed once accepted and scheduled with a carrier.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any request at our discretion.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate vehicle and contact information
  • Ensure the vehicle is ready for transport at pickup
  • Remove personal belongings from the vehicle
  • Maintain appropriate fuel levels (typically 1/4 tank recommended)
  • Be available for pickup and delivery coordination

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.

4. Vehicle Condition

  • Customers must document vehicle condition before pickup.
  • A Bill of Lading inspection will be completed at pickup and delivery.
  • Star Pass Car Transport is not responsible for pre-existing damage.

5. Insurance Coverage

  • All carriers used are required to carry liability and cargo insurance.
  • Insurance coverage applies during transit only.
  • Customers should verify coverage details directly with the assigned carrier if needed.

6. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.
  • Deposits or balances may be required depending on the shipment.
  • Full payment must be completed as agreed before or upon delivery unless otherwise stated.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel before a carrier is assigned without penalty.
  • Once a carrier is dispatched, cancellation fees may apply.
  • Any non-refundable fees will be communicated during booking.

9. Liability Limitations

  • We are not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or third parties.
  • Liability is limited to the terms of the carrier’s insurance policy.

10. Prohibited Items

Vehicles must not contain:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or restricted items
  • Flammable liquids
  • Personal valuables or cash

Carriers may refuse transport if prohibited items are found.

11. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

12. Changes to Terms

Star Pass Car Transport may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
